We are a family with deep roots in nature and a sincere love for our work. Every day we focus on respect for raw materials, care for the land and a passion for tradition.

Paola, Irene and Giulia's mother, realised her dream of creating a family farm, guided by her love of the countryside. Always operational, she is the beating heart of the house. Irene, a volcano of ideas and Mirea's mother, manages the house with enthusiasm and proposes new initiatives. Giulia, young and welcoming, takes care of hospitality and always finds time to prepare delicious cakes.

Marisa and Renato, pillars of the family, have supported each project with dedication, while Paolo, grandfather and handyman, is always ready to lend a hand when he is not hunting. Marco, Irene's husband, brings serenity and mediates squabbles, always with a welcoming smile.

The passionately cultivated crops and game hunted directly in the area enrich the restaurant's dishes with unique flavours. A true celebration of Tuscan nature, where each product tells a story of sustainability and connection to the land.

We come to eat here from time to time, we are locals and we know that with Paola you always fall in love! The real, genuine, best Tuscan and Maremma cuisine, traditional but above any level you can find elsewhere. Try their Maremma tortelli, venison and tarts! And to enjoy the peace of the place, the rooms of the Casa are beautiful, with an enchanting view!

We stayed at this beautiful farm in September. Mrs. Paola, very kind, very nice and excellent cook, delighted us with dishes of typical and genuine cuisine of Tuscany. Beautiful room and clean. we will return ... we must try the mushroom soup!!!

It is a wonderful place! A very characteristic Tuscan farmhouse, all in stone, with attention to detail, comfortable, cosy and very clean. This farmhouse is located in a small hamlet with a breathtaking view over the valley. The rooms are spacious and cool with wood and stone ceilings. It is a true island of peace and tranquillity where the sounds of nature and the intense perfume of the good food cooked by Signora Paola, an excellent hostess, kind, affable and friendly. I hope to return as soon as possible, it has remained in my heart!
